1. I reviewed the rule of three for writing an EQ

2.
a. i think that it meets all  three requirements. it isn't a yes or no, and is specific in what type of weight loss and the factors. the words do make sense as well.
b. it meets two of the requirements, because you can answer that with a lot of facts and not much experience.
c. i also think that this is the same as b, again i can answer that with just facts and not real answers.
d. this one only meets 2 requirements because it isn't very specific with the question. it seems like a no brainier and doesn't seem like i have to do a lot of research on.  

corp management part 3

one of the most important things that I've learned for this month blog and something that i used for mt presentation. that is entrepreneurship. one have to think for a second and you have to realize that you cant be a CEO  and not be a entrepreneur. entrepreneur are the real game changers in society. an entrepreneur is basically someone who see better for them selves or others. they see a vision and don't stop until that vision is completed. For example bill gates he saw a company and that company today is Microsoft , not only that but he was one of the richest people in the world.  some other good examples are Steve jobs, he completely changed the way of the cellphone industry and computer industry. One of the best businessman and entrepreneur is Donald trump and has made some of the most memorable deals in business. so what does it take to be an entrepreneur? well any one can be an entrepreneur it really just depends on your dedication and time on the company. what are some of the characteristic that the entrepreneurs have? some features are creative, if you can be different and amaze the customers you will have an advantage, open minded, accept anything and take new challenges and where enough is never enough. positive, never you cant do anything. being a good sales person, if you can per sway some one to buy something and convince other you are better then that is a good advantage.last is to stay organized and make sure that all of your meeting are up to date, all of your products are in stock, and that all your employees are on task, bills are paid and suppliers are paid. to conclude an entrepreneur is a key factor to run a company.  

Independent component approval 1

1. what i plan to do for my independent component is go to work with a CEO of a small corporation called guills inc. I will take the footsteps of the "boss". Whiling taking notes of what needs to be done everyday and check everyday, I will assist him in his duties by helping in a anyway I can possibly do.

2. To show evidence of my working I plan beside the log is to take picture of when I'm out in the work field learning. For example I'll take pictures of the job sites. If I have any artifact/ souvenirs I can get i all as well take pictures. Thats the biggest thing I'm going to do for now. Unless I am able of taking a business class.

3.  With the mentor I can see the boss in action and see real life problems that any business man might encounter and how to face those problems. Also how to run the company. How the accounting works and all the key factors for the company. If I don't do that im trying to get a business class where I can study the business life and how I should face or make a business.

Reason for expanding the business

 Every one has a time in their life or when they run a business and they ask themselves am I ready to take the next big step?

We'll how can you take the next big step?
I'm about to tell you a couple of reason why you should begin to expand your business and how to expand your business.
One of the big and most popular ways of expanding is the size of your building. Either making a new store or buy a bigger property allowing you to do what you need to do. Another way of expanding is to make your company into franchise. Franchise are when someone who is interested in your company store and would like to put a store similar in your company name. Some of the top franchise today are subway, mcdonalds, serverpo, etc. but not gonna get into a lot of detail in that.
Another way to expand your business is to find new types of markets and advertising area. Don't just local advertise around the county, then the state by then you will sure have a couple stores/ building to function properly and to stay up with clients. Bring in new type of clients that you never though would buy into it. Keep an open mind when expanding.
Last way to expand but not fit for all companies such as construction or services is getting government contracts. The state governments are always looking companies to help. So if you can help them , bid for their contract, not only will you grow bigger and more profit but working for the government gives you a constant money flow to your company as long as you have those contracts coming in.

Blog 5 Project Reflection and Working EQ

1. Positive Statement: doing the research and the mentor ship is allowing me to get expirience with the career I want to follow. Making it easier for me in the future because Ill know what to do.

2. From my research even if going a different path all articles have something in common that hep a corporation grow. That is the customers and the employees.

3. So far everything has worked. Maybe not perfect but it has worked and this is just the beginning , and I'll get better at it.

4. Well if I have something that hasn't worked out for me so far  it's probably the blogs, because I forget to check the blog and I just end up doing them on the last day. And also doing the links but I think I fixed that issue already.

5. A possible question to use for me is  what makes a corporation thrive to it'd best? Something like that. I already got a mentor and really just study what he does. There different types of corporation that aren't in the office like my mentor which is in the car all day going across cities.

Corporation Management 101

  If your reading this because you want to learn how to manage/start a corporation. Know that I every month will post tips and facts on how to run the business. But for the first couple parts I am going to show you how to  start your corporation.




1. First before we can start, have you chosen  a name for your corporation? Try to combine it with what your company will be doing or is doing. For example if you work on the on the highway, then maybe the highway company, or highways workers co. Now you dont have to do that but its just a way to start.

2. After that is done you must corporate your company. There are websites where you can corporate also places to go. After you've don that you are gonna have to chose whether to be a C corporation or a S corporation. what the difference? A C corporation is taxed at two levels, also know as double taxation.The income that the corp. makes is taxd at a corp. rate then the income is distributed to all the share holders of the company. In which they then have to pay a income tax. Now  a S corporation circumvent double taxation, because the profit passes trough the corp. to the share holders where the share holders have to pay in their individual tax brackets

2. Besides the five questions i would also like to ask him if he loves his job? Another question do you see this job in the future to be good or bad?why? Last questions would be is there any other jobs/careers that is very similar?

Topic Choice and Semester 1 ESLR Goals

2.  Ipoly Citizen: With the model assembly it will help me in improving my feel in issues and global impact. Not just that but i as a senior will help in any event that is in need of help. As long as im in this school i will be a good student and represent my school properly.

   Effective learner:  this year i will pay more attention to my class and stay focused on my hw and cw. with my mentor ship i will learn how to work in the real world and have experience so i can get a future job. also by asking questions will i understand my topic and my core classes.

Effective Communicator: I will communicate with my fellow house mates. meaning in house comp. i will encourage if not join the activity. I will stay communicated with them on what we need to have for school projects and homework. Al these projects we have will help me not be shy and express myself even more.

Effective User of technology: By using the internet articles as sources i am checking that these are valid sources for my duties. Using technology to improve my education. By writing more for practice, educational websites like turnitin.com and etc. Last and most simplest thing to do is not to abuse my cellphone during core classes.

3) I think the eq is the most important thing for presentation. Because with out knowing your eq you can't have a good presentation

4)I am still deciding on what I want to do because  I want to do something with businesse management, but I don't want to bord the people to death. Then I again I want to do a hobbie I like but I haven't found mentorship for these things
